Tactically speaking:

In order to work together successfully, it is vital that both parties communicate effectively. Tac'tik's approach to this is to define early on whether we can add value to your organization. By carrying out a step-by-step plan, we work together on the results-oriented follow-up action.

This step-by-step plan is outlined below. A short explanation of each step can be found by placing your cursor on one of the steps. The complete document can be downloaded by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page. We prefer to tell you all about our method in a personal meeting.

This informal meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know each other. Ultimately, the aim of this meeting is to see whether we click.

We get the chance to gather an overall first impression of your organization, whilst you find out more about us. We are able to explain our method in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

Generally speaking, by drawing on our numerous case studies, it soon becomes clear how we can benefit our clients.

After the introductory meeting, it is possible to arrange a second appointment or organize a welcome meeting.

The welcome meeting is a time for us to ask questions about you. We try to gather information about your organization in general, your product or service, and anything else we consider to be important in your case. It goes without saying that all the information gathered will be kept confidential. The welcome meeting is of great importance if we want to reach the next step and later create a schedule for future cooperation.

We want to get to know you and your organization and really get to grips with the ins and outs of who you are.

The information that we note down is used in a project memorandum, which we will present to you in the following meeting.

analysis of present situation

We draft a report describing the present situation based on the information collated in the welcome meeting and further research. By applying your situation to a number of models that we have developed, it becomes clear what the current state of play is.

This analysis is presented and discussed in a follow up meeting. Different components are explored such as the organization, your target market, your product or service, and current marketing strategies.

The knowledge acquired is used as a basis for the
followup steps.

strategy definition

The goals of our collaboration are defined in this phase. Where do we want to go? What do we want to achieve? How are we going to do that? All the information that we have so far acquired will be compiled and worked into a strategy to be followed in future.

By previously defining the direction to be taken, we leave nothing to chance. We concretely identify the areas for improvement.

The strategy can relate to the entire organization, to the rebranding of an existing product, or to a new product or service that is yet to be launched.

Planning a communication campaign can save you a substantial amount of money in the long run. A twelve month schedule is ideal. Identifying when attention needs to be focused and the form this can take allows us to look ahead.

We can also look into opportunities to make the most effective use of the marketing budget. Planning ahead has the advantage of ensuring that no difficult lastminute decisions have to be made.

Online and offline marketing have to meet certain criteria. It is absolutely essential that we establish the distinctive characteristics of your product.

The communication campaigns are meticulously coordinated with each other. Company logo, website, adverts, digital marketing, and other elements need to complement each other to create a whole campaign.

We also take care of developing communication content. We present our proposals to you in a visual presentation and refine them where necessary. For the implementation of our proposals, we make use of specialists selected by Tac'tik or contacts that we have made through you, if certain standards can be met.

In this phase we implement the detailed communication components. With the help of the schedule and stipulated strategy, the visual components are presented to your target market.

All marketing aims to achieve concrete results as well as contribute to the general brand awareness.

Clear and unambiguous messages are distributed via the various media channels. Our knowledge of the media landscape provides us with excellent bargaining power.

We must keep moving forwards; if you stand still, you fall behind But of course, we don't let everything simply run its course. We continually monitor progress in our periodical meetings.

The scheduled period is followed by an extensive evaluation, allowing us to assess which course of action has been the most effective. Together we decide in which direction we need to steer and create a schedule for the future.

By working through the same cycle and continually evaluating and steering, we work on making your brand a success.
